Pricing Policy
All prices on this website include VAT at the prevailing rate unless stated otherwise.

Delivery Policy

Delivery costs are dependant on your order size and destination, please contact
us to discuss delivery costs.

Delivery is provided through a pallet delivery network who use a tail lift on the back of a truck to lower the pallets of paving to ground level and then using a hand held pallet/pump truck the pallets will be wheeled to a suitable hard standing area.  Please note that this kind of delivery cannot be done if you have a gravel driveway, grass verge etc, a hard standing area is needed.

Craned delivery can be arranged but unless a larger quantity is ordered the cost of this is relatively high in comparison to using the pallet delivery network.

Returns Policy
7-day return Policy, our 7-day* returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, with all packaging materials, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee on your original invoice amount, it is the responsibility of yourself to pay all reasonable return delivery costs. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Note: Our returns policy for large items delivered via our chosen pallet delivery network is also limited to 7 days.

"large item" means any item that is 20kg or heavier, e.g. a box of tiles, or any large item as was delivered to you via a pallet delivery network.  The delivery network would have asked you to sign a delivery slip to confirm you'd received the correct item and checked for damage in transit.

The following applies should you wish to return a large item which was delivered to you through a pallet delivery network.

If you are unhappy with your large item, you may return it within 7 days of the date of delivery.  The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) it is the responsibility of yourself to pay all reasonable return delivery costs.
